Our highly efficient systems for IML can be designed for stack molds with up to 48 cavities or for single-face molds with as many as 32 cavities. Finished products undergo a quality control check and are then packaged in a fully automated process.

ILSEMANN AUTOMATION also offers solutions customized to your thermoforming IML needs (T-IML).

WE ALSO OFFER ALTERNATIVES TO THE INDUSTRY STANDARD

It doesn’t always have to be IML. We also offer systems for unloading food product packaging in which the mold size and number of cavities are secondary.

With our systems, we can handle product produced in molds with up to 124 cavities and from 4-level stack molds, still with the ability to provide 100% inspection.

Finally, the packaged items are stacked and boxed by default as part of a fully automated system so that your manufacturing process always remains cost efficient.
