From single cavity, up to 1×32, and 2×24 cavity production

Manufacturers of products with IML are under a great deal of cost pressure. Systems for low volume production must be extremely flexible so they can handle a variety of jobs to be justified. Systems must be compatible with different label styles, part geometries and cavitations. Changeovers must be fast and simple. Whereas, high volume production requires automation with extreme precision and reliability because any small problem is greatly magnified and any downtime has a huge impact on production capacity.

To meet these challenges, we use lightweight components made of carbon fiber and can incorporate quick-change features. This allows us to achieve faster movements and short cycle times with the highest level of precision.
