For this reason, ILSEMANN AUTOMATION offers systems that can carry out a full analysis of any of your products, even those with the highest number of cavities. We use intelligent designs to minimize the need for testing equipment such as cameras.

Systems that meet all of your needs

We work in accordance with all applicable design guidelines. This allows us guarantee that our systems will meet your needs as a manufacturer. In our standard systems, all manufacturing cells are designed for class ISO 7 cleanrooms. Designs for cleanrooms of up to class ISO 3 are also possible.

We also offer integrated designs for the installation of subcomponents. We purchase all the required external components, carry out inspection and approval, and connect the components to your system, both mechanically and electrically. Individual control of the system is of course still carried out via the higher-level control unit.

Innovative combinations of different production processes

In collaboration with the packaging systems of our HEINO ILSEMANN portfolio, we can offer you complete production lines – for plastics, packaging and pallets.

The transfer of technology between these two companies enables the innovative combination of various production processes. This opens up new possibilities for our customers and their products. An example of this collaboration is in-mold labeling: Using this method, a label can be applied to small-diameter tubes during the production process itself.
