The manufacture of specialty closures and fitments requires specific technical knowledge, as the “hard” and “soft” components must be combined with absolute precision.

During the first stage of the process, the “hard” components are manufactured and fed in bulk into the system. These must be fed into the injection molding tool and precisely positioned in a way that protects the product from damage. The soft component can then be injected.
