All necessary assembly operations (insertion, snapping, screwing, hot melt) are done with the greatest possible level of repeat accuracy. All this at an extremely high level of output: Assemblies with more than 10 components can be produced without difficulty.

A consistent quality control procedure carried out after the individual assembly steps are finished is as important as the final quality control test of the finished product – whether it is done visually, through a pressure test or mechanically.
