Systems from ILSEMANN AUTOMATION unload the pre-formed in-mold decoration (IMD) elements from trays and insert them into the mold. The loading and unloading grippers are cleaned before each cycle, ensuring that the system operates under the cleanest possible conditions at every stage of the process.

Of course, after the finished component has been removed from the mold, a visual quality control test specially developed for this purpose by our system partner, MEVISCO, is carried out.
