When manufacturing lids for baby food, frames of lids and injection-molded spoons are removed from a 2×4 stack mold and placed onto a parts carrier system. The aluminum foil is then die-cut, carefully placed into cavities and then finally connected to the frame using a separate induction sealing machine.

The final visual assessment of the product ensures proper quality before the lids are boxed.
