Bases and Lids for spice shakers are robotically extracted from a family stack mold with 2×32 cavities. The Base components are placed first into an indexer and then Lid components are placed directly onto the Bases. In the next stations, the components are snapped together and inspected. Lastly, good assemblies are off-loaded and rejects are ejected separately.
