The IML process is also used in preparing the visual appearance of tablet tubes. The IML process was originally developed for food product packaging, where it has become an industry standard.
We offer systems with up to 32 cavities for the decoration of tablet tubes. After the finished tubes are unloaded, the label must always undergo a quality control process that carefully checks the accuracy of the label placement, makes sure no plastic spread to the front face of the label, and confirms the correct label was loaded.
The tubes are layer packed with all parts oriented in a tight pattern to maintain quality and optimize packaging volume.
