We develop all of our systems according to this philosophy. Our goal is to always achieve the greatest possible level of precision for all products and to ensure low reject rates due to incorrect assembly.

In order to make sure that our systems are precise and robust throughout their entire service life, we use welded steel frames for all of them, without exception. Moving components are manufactured from carbon fiber. This reduces product weight while ensuring stability. For this purpose, we draw on our wealth of technical knowledge gained from our own carbon fiber manufacturing processes.

We also integrate several third-party components into our systems and connect them to the control unit through interfaces that are well-suited to this purpose, e.g., feeding systems, cameras, pressure or vacuum decay or high voltage leak testing equipment for quality control, ultrasonic sealing units, welding units or printers.
